Customer Account Manager - Derby - Salary £30,000 - £32,000 depending on experience Benefits Chase & Holland are excited to be working with Rail manufacturing company based in Derby, who are looking for a Customer Account Manager to join their company. Customer Account Manager Responsibilities: Ensure profitable relationships are maintained with existing key accounts. Develop those accounts that are identified as offering growth potential. Generate awareness and knowledge of our capabilities within our target markets. Development of initial specification & scope of supply, with the customer. Manage customer communication, contract review and site visits. Identify and develop into sales "new" products. Maintain customer service KPI’s. Support with sales forecasting and analysis of any variances to budget. Maintain Strategic Relationships Check Quotes Prepared by ASS AM Contribute to sales budgeting & forecasting process Hours: Full-time, Monday to Thursday 8am - 4.30pm, Friday 8am - 1pm, but can be flexible on the hours.
