Having good product knowledge and keeping up-to-date on all company products and processes. You will build and manage telephone relationships with new and existing clients in order to achieve sales appointments in line with business objectives. The role will involve: Maintaining a consistent level of telephone calls each day to Solicitors, Estate Agents and Mortgage brokers. Initiating and maintaining regular contact with your allocated database by telephone, ensuring excellent standards of customer care and service at all times. Building and developing your database to its maximum potential through first class service, continuous fact-finding, and the identification of cross-selling opportunities. Promoting the benefits of the on-line ordering system and to offer training to clients on its use. Answering all telephone sales enquiries, send marketing material, and convert these enquiries into appointments where possible. Ensuring that your database information is maintained accurately and updated following each contact. Taking complete ownership for your designated accounts, resolving any issues that may arise or escalate issue to account manager. Liaising with the field-based account managers, passing across leads and accounts that warrant face to face contact. Following up any direct mailings sent to the database meeting each mailing objective Acquiring full product knowledge of each new product as it is developed. Promoting new products to your accounts and database. Maintaining a professional and courteous attitude with all customers, both external and internal. About You This role would suit an autonomous, confident, target driven individual with excellent communication skills. Other required skills: Previous experience of B2B selling to professional companies, legal or property markets would be a distinct advantage. Previous experience of cold calling and working to targets. Excellent working knowledge of the MS Office suite Excellent organisational and time management skills.
