Sales Support - Fraud

From Headcount, we are looking for a Sales Support with experience in Fraud and KYC products. The opportunity will based in Leigh on Sea and you will work with a multidisciplinary team giving suppor to the sales area and product area. The key responsabilities of this role will be: •You will conduct internal and external research to identify data sources. •Work closely with different areas: Business Development, Sales, Manager and Relationship to develop Fraud opportunities •Managing the different issues of the internal customers •Managing a pipeline of sales to track all the opportunities of future sales with internal customers •Be innovative in your methods of progressing potential clients also empower the internal clients •Work with the customer success team •Ensuring all orders are being processed and completed on time from customer set-up to installation •Internal quality process control Technical requirements: •Experience of working in Sales Support within the Fraud discipline, or working as a Fraud expert within Retail, Gaming or E-Commerce sectors •Excellent communication and presentation skills •Ability to negotiate and influence with internal and external stakeholders •Knowledge about Fraud, KYC and IT products. Soft Skills: •Highly self-motivated •Able to build strong working relationships across multiple teams. •At home and at ease with technology, product, legal, B2B technology applications and how technology platforms serve customer businesses. •Superior communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, presentation written, email). •Positive attitude, team player, adaptable, resourceful, and self-starter who is able to work independently. •A person of strong character and integrity.
