Education Recruitment Branch Manager

Are you an Education Recruitment Branch Manager or are you a Senior Education Consultant looking for the next step in your career? Our client is an established Education agency and wants you to be the Recruitment Branch Manager in their friendly successful Newcastle office. You will lead your team, developing the branch being supported by a senior management. You will: • have a proven billing record in agency recruitment (ideally, Education or Health & Social Care) • be confident, professional and demonstrate excellent communication capabilities • be driven and motivate the team; leading by example working to the highest service standards • have expansive knowledge of the education recruitment market ?????? They offer: a highly competitive salary >£30k DOE with OTE £35k -£40k benefits and rewards leadership/management training; clear professional development All applications will be treated confidentially Referral scheme: You could also earn £300 by referring someone else for the role.
