They have built up a considerable reputation as a reliable, efficient and friendly online retailer offering more than just an online boutique. They are growing very quickly, becoming more diverse, and we will soon be one of the worlds leading online luxury retail platforms. This role will provide the opportunity for an experienced watch sales professional to work selling a product that they are both passionate and knowledgeable about. Responsibilities: Providing clients with a 1st class luxury watch sales experience. Speaking to clients in person and on the phone to answer queries and offer a consultative and informative experience. Developing a strong customer base and building long term relationships with repeat customers. Exploring opportunities to develop commercial opportunities through a pro-active sales approach. Cross-selling products where appropriate. Working as a part of a dynamic sales team. Desired Skills & Experience: Excellent organizational skills Must have experience with luxury watch sales of at lease one of the major brands. Strong systems skills and experience working with Salesforce would be advantageous but it not essential. Working well as part of a team. A self-starter, able to work independently. Possess a passion and appreciation for luxury goods
