Overview
Senior Branch Manager Valuer - Stratford Upon Avon up to £30k Basic generous Bonus and Commissions OTE £50,000 My client is a leading independent high street agent with a enviable share of the local market within Stratford and surronding areas. My client is looking for a really driven successful Branch Manager who wants to join an expanding and highly profitable organisation with some exceptional staff who are 100% behind moving the branch to the next level. The role will include valuing some fantastic properties around the area to include some exceptional Country Homes as well as all round good instructions. You must be able to lead by example and manage the team along with the support of the directors who will also be driving the brand and developing market share. The role will include managing a team on both Sales, Lettings, so a Estate Agent who is at the top of their game would be ideal. The Directors are hands on as is the role, they want someone who will be very much a huge part of the team and are prepared to listen to ideas and implement them to get results.
