Trainee Estate Agent £15,000 Basic Salary With Bonus and Commission £25,000 - £30,000 Birmingham My client are a award winning Estate Agent, that are looking for some amazing candidates to train up to be great Estate Agents of the future I am looking for well presented, bright, ambitious people with ideally a sales or Customer Service back ground who really want to get into the property Industry. You must have a clean driving licence and car as you will be going out to show prospective buyers around properties, full training will be given for successful people but the role will include the following Attending Viewings on houses Registering Buyers Taking offers over the phone and face to face Negotiating offers ( Don't worry you wont be doing this in your first week) Cross selling other products the company provides like Financial Services or Mortgage Appointments, Solicitor Leads, Lettings, Land and New Homes etc. Speaking to sellers to give feedback on viewings Giving great advise and having a infectious personality helps along with someone who loves to be busy and is hungry for success, competitive and wanting to offer exceptional customer service and of course earn great bonus The role will include working some Saturdays, you will need to have a great work ethic and enjoy working with people and of course some great houses to sell.
