Overview
A highly regarded, independent Estate Agents in New Malden are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their team. As a Lettings Negotiator, responsibilities will include: Registering applicants Arranging and attending viewings Negotiating lets Preparing move in files Upselling company services Canvassing for new stock Offering the highest levels of customer service at all times To be considered for this position, previous experience working within lettings is preferred. If you have valuation / listing experience; that would be a bonus but this is by no means essential. A full driving licence and own vehicle is a requirement for this role. Candidates with no previous lettings experience may be considered if previous skills and experience are transferable. The successful candidate will be a positive, customer focussed individual who thrives in a busy environment. The company have a real emphasis on team work, so are looking for a team player who will work together with colleagues to hit branch targets. A basic salary from £14,000 - £18,000 will be offered depending on experience, with a very realistic OTE of £30,000.
