Overview
Competitive salary annual incentive 12 month FTC - strong possibility this will lead to a permanent contract £1,000 per annum to spend on training and development Asset Finance background is essential Key responsibilities: Working in the asset finance new business team, dealing with new commercial finance application, supporting the account managers and telesales team Perform all relevant searches including credit reference agencies, land registry and background checks Prepare the proposal to be underwritten Advise the customer of the outcome and terms Liaising with customers and suppliers to obtain the required information to support the lease proposal, keeping customers updated at all times of outcome and terms Complete and check all documentation to be sent out to the customer via post, email or echosign electronic documents Request invoice from suppliers and arrange delivery of the asset Quality check and process all documents, invoices and supporting paperwork when paying the deal out and setting the finance agreement live Deal with all ad hoc sales requests for quotes and where possible maximise sales opportunities Understand and adhere to industry standards e.g. FCA guidelines, Data protection and Consumer Credit Act. Processing of contractual agreements Preparing official quotations and documentation Answering internal and external sales queries while supporting account managers in maintaining vital relationships Liaising with our underwriting department to progress current applications effectively Ensuring that conversation rates are aligning with our targets and objectives Providing full administrative support for the Account Managers to ensure they meet team and business targets About you: Team player Asset finance experience Computer literate Excellent communicator Outgoing, vibrant personality Please send your CV to be considered for this role.
