My client is a successful operator in a number of recruitment specialisms and is currently enjoying increased market share. Due to a growing portfolio of clients and candidates they seek additional team members for a number of disciplines - Accountancy, IT, HR & Procurement. The role will be a 360 one with an accent on professionalism and delivery, utilising a strong and up to date client selection and surrounded by experts in their respective fields. You will currently be successful in recruitment and may be frustrated by your income level or the style of management you’re working with and seeking a more business minded environment in which to flourish. Although direct experience specialist recruitment would be ideal, due to the pedigree of the business and the support they can offer - exceptional candidates from all sectors will be considered. Training and support will be offered to the successful candidate and as everyone is hands on (managers and directors included) you will have a ready supply of help and advice at hand.
