Sales and Customer Service Coordinator

I am currently recruiting for my client on an exclusive basis and have worked with this firm for a number of years, placing both their Commercial and Sales manager there. They specialise in the manufacture of construction materials and are looking for a Sales and Customer Service advisor to join their commercial team, responding to leads, producing weekly reporting on the sales cycles and building strong working relationships with customers. Other duties will include: Customer follow up calls Dealing with general day to day customer queries Key account management of smaller accounts Identifying why leads have been won or lost Updating the CRM system Close liaison with BDM’s, Account Managers and Sales Administrators Ideal Criteria includes: Previous sales/negotiation experience Strong interpersonal skills Driving licence would be desirable Self-motivated If you feel that this role would be a good fit for your experience and are a confident and friendly individual who wants a new challenge in a fresh environment then please apply using the link below
