Strong admin skills are essential, however lettings experience is not essential as training will be provided. Persuasive negotiation skill is vital to this role. You will be working as part of a team of 13 in a modern, purposely designed office with car parking and is centrally located. Car owner is necessary as they organise a balanced working day of vital office work resolving property issues and property visits to carry out check ins, inventories, property inspections and check outs. Mileage allowance will be paid. Competitive salary plus bonuses, private health insurance and pension. Hours of work are 9.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 10.00am to 4.00pm every fourth Saturday.
