Lettings Negotiator

Lettings Negotiator required in Stockport for a 9 month contract Your new role In your new role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the housing association meets and exceeds the expectations of the tenants and customers. You will be responsible for increasing the market share in line with the targets of growth, in which you will be ensuring that all sales activities are in adherence to the companies standards, and properties are sold in accordance with the appropriate legislation. Duties in the role will include the implementation of the lettings and management programme, developing the companies brand in order to achieve customer expectations, and also to attend valuations and negotiate prices with the landlords. What you'll need to succeed You will need previous experience within a similar role, and also have shared ownership experience to be successful for this role.
