Responsibilities of the role: Outbound Calls. Appointment Setting. Working Towards KPI's and Targets. Following up leads. Meet and exceed set KPI’s. To be successful in this role you will have: Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. You have a relaxed/happy friendly telephone voice and manner. Have strong call centre sales experience. Have proven ability to close sales and exceed KPI’s. Have a consultative approach to understanding clients’ needs. Have strong computer skills.
