Lloyd Recruitment Services are currently in search of a Assistant Store Manager to work for a reputable organisation based in Crawley We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Assistant Manager to join the team of this established & successful business. We are looking for someone who is driven to maximise the sales and profitability of their store and who deliver’s exceptional customer service. Provides support to their store manager and able to motivate others. You will be a self-starter who will have a customer facing retail background where you have experience in consultative sales with a track record in achieving sales targets. You will be a good communicator both face to face and over the phone with an approachable personality who enjoys interacting with people Key Skills: Sales, following up enquiries over the phone and face to face providing solutions that match the customer’s specific needs along with selling additional merchandise and products Building customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer service that exceeds the customers’ expectations Has pride in your store and personal standards, delivering a great first impression every time setting us apart from our competitors Responsibilities: Working to team and personal KPIs Meeting and greeting customers’ ensuring a smooth customer journey Taking enquiries over the phone, via email and via walk-ins Converting enquiries to sales Upselling of additional products where appropriate Basic salary if £19K with opportunity to earn monthly bonus making overall package £26K - £29K Due to the high volume of applications, Lloyd Recruitment Services can only contact shortlisted candidates
