About the role: Due to growth, they are looking for an enthusiastic, forward-thinking Customer Service Executive to join their growing Client Services Team. Following the sales process, you'll be championing the client's journey, acting as a liaison between the designers and the client. You will be responsible for maintaining a high client satisfaction level, meaning high energy is key for this role Their client base covers the whole of the UK with a variety of potential projects - ranging from internal renovations to larger extensions and even new build developments Responsibilities: Be the client’s initial go-to person to discuss the progress of their project Handholding the client throughout their journey Proactively communicating and updating clients on project progress Working alongside your team to prevent any blockers to a project moving forward Managing up and voice any ideas and feedback that will improve the client’s journey Organisation and admin tasks using their custom-built online admin panel Working with the business development and technical teams on areas of improvement About you: 1 year’s of customer service experience (telephone experience) Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Superior people skills Clear communicator and ability to build rapport Excellent organisation skills A can-do attitude Comfortable with cutting edge tech Ability to learn about their services and describe them to prospects Fantastic problem-solver Hunger for building a genuine rapport with clients in order to determine their motivations and needs, present the services and overcome objections Target and results-driven Picks things up quickly and is keen to embrace new technology solutions Ambition Desirable but not essential: Previous knowledge or experience working within the property, architecture, or construction sectors would be beneficial but not essential Experience working with a start-up or small business Understanding the lifecycle of house/extension build project - maybe you have renovated your own home?
