Requirements You will need to be motivated, enthusiastic, driven and have a strong desire to achieve targets as well as having a confident telephone manner. We're looking for friendly, fun and chatty people who can effectively communicate, be persuasive and enjoy competition. Previous sales experience is essential! To be the ideal candidate you should have at least 1 years experience within a call centre environment selling similar insurance products.
