Pacts on a mission to get the nation drinking the best coffee theyve ever made and were looking for a Coffee Production Operative to help us do just that. We want somebody who is willing to come in and hit the ground running in our very fast paced production operation. Making sure quality and service is of the highest standard. So if you are keen to help us make coffee a force for good we would love to hear from you, The role: * Grinding coffee to order dependent on customer preference * Using industrial machines to weigh, bag and seal the coffee * Pack the coffee according to customer requirements * Maintain an excellent standard of cleanliness within the Roastery and ensure the best customer experience possible * Share ideas to support efficiency whilst maintaining quality standards * Be able to work under pressure, clearing all daily orders to run at 100% service everyday * You will support your line managers with unscheduled activities and seasonal event planning * Working in a fast paced environment with 100% service targets Requirements - attention to detail is key - willing to go the extra mile to ensure 100% service everyday - energetic and used to a fast paced environment - very target driven and works well under pressure - strong team player - Ensure quality standards are met at all times Benefits * Competitive Salary * Free Coffee and Snacks at Work * Being part of a fast growing successful company
