We're seeking a senior Product Design Manager to help us shape the essential creative and collaborative tools that businesses need to tell meaningful stories on Facebook. In this role, you'll be a foundational member of your product group's leadership team, working together with your counterparts in engineering, data science, content strategy, and other disciplines to define the strategy, operations, and communications that guide the team to build great products addressing real user needs. Lead the overall product team's health and success in collaboration with your product management, engineering, data science and content strategy peers 2. Build and support a positive, impact-oriented, and well-balanced product design team. You'll help the designers who report to you grow and accomplish more by setting clear goals, providing direct feedback, managing project loads and allocating designers accordingly, and ensuring deadlines are met. 3. Be responsible for design excellence. You'll advocate for robust UX frameworks, foster a healthy feedback culture, strike the right balance of design quality and pragmatic progress, and help your team value building great user experiences as an essential part of achieving business goals. 4. Partner with research and product marketing experts to understand the creative needs of advertisers large and small, then guide your team to design elegant user experiences that meet those needs. **Minimum Qualifications:** 5. A portfolio of work that contains examples of Interaction (UX) Design and Visual Systems Development for digital applications that work in cross-platform environments. 6.
