Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Shift Manager or Assistant Manager to join our business. If you have the passion to grow within your career, and with an organisation, then this is the place to start. You will be an integral member of the management team and contribute towards the way in which the business moves forward. You will initially train under one of our existing managers, and once ready you will take your own store. Requirements Initially you will work from ground up. Training in every single operational point we have, including; customer service, product, oven tending & quality control, inventory management, KPI management, opening & closing the business. Once you are qualified then the responsibilities will be: As a store manager you will have complete control over your store, you will be responsible for the success of the store & will be rewarded with a great salary, bonus and a very real opportunity for progression. Your responsibilities in brief will be: 3 Weekly food orders Staff Learning & Development Maintaining Operational Standards (passing inspections relating to this is KEY) Effective labour scheduling/control Effective food cost control Recruitment & Discipline (With HR support) Weekly paperwork Attend meetings as required Manage own time Meet/exceed targets. Maintain high product standards across all team members Managing a team of 15+ PERSON SPECIFICATION Managerial experience to some level Winning' / Can-Do Attitude & Self-Motivated Good with Numbers Excellent attention to detail Strong character Passion for Customer Satisfaction Benefits Full Training Excellent opportunity for career progression
