As an engineering manager you will support, enable and empower your team, managing high-performing engineers to make a meaningful impact on billions of people around the world. We opened our first office in London in 2007. Since then, the UK has played a central role in the development of some of our global products. London is our biggest engineering hub outside the US, and we build and ship products that serve billions of people from our central London locations. Required Skills: 1. Be both highly technical and an effective people manager 2. Collaborate with various functions, drive engineering initiatives and have an impact at an organisational level 3. Participate in technical design 4. Measure the impact of your team, define and influence product strategy Minimum Qualifications: 5. Proven track record of supporting technical teams 6. Strong problem solving skills and background in coding 7. Demonstrated ability to manage technical teams 8. Knowledge of growing teams and/or organisations 9. Experience supporting infrastructure teams 10. BS / MS in Computer Science (In lieu of degree, relevant work experience) Industry: Internet
