Customer Service Advisor Manchester City Centre Working Monday to Friday 9 - 5pm Permanent Opportunity Due to the continued growth of the business, our client is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor who is comfortable working within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have previous experience of working within a customer focused role either on the telephones or face to face. Teamwork is a key part of the job role as the department can become extremely busy with calls, emails, and enquiries coming through, so we need someone who has a hands-on, positive and proactive approach. Duties include: * Answer, log and resolve all inbound telephone enquiries in a timely and professional manner * Respond to high volume of customer emails * Data entry * Recording all essential information accurately and relaying to the relevant department * Deliver exceptional Customer Service at all times * Additional duties as and when required by the Team Leader Candidate skills and experience: * Excellent Customer Service experience * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) * Professional attitude * Excellent communication skills * Good team player * Self-motivated work ethic * Ability to prioritise and manage own workload Benefits * Genuine career progression * Kitchen facilities * Dress down Friday * Bike to work scheme * Free fruit, tea and coffee * Sports and activity events * Pension contribution after a qualifying period * Bonus & Incentives Full training is provided over a 4week period.
