We are looking for someone like that to: - Run programs from A to Z - Think strategically, making business cases and tough decisions that hold up over the long term - Keep stakeholders abreast of status and risks - Lead a global program team - Collaborate with cross-functional teams in global locations to achieve our goals Your team: You'll be working in London as part of the Global Equity Derivatives IT Delivery team on front to back IT deliveries. The London team is part of a broader global team delivering technology solutions globally for the Equity Derivative business areas. Your expertise: You have: - experience of managing complex IT programs in financial services through the full software development lifecycle - excellent stakeholder management skills and familiarity with working with senior stakeholders on a regular basis - experience of multiple functions within the Investment Banking: Quoting, Operations, Sales and Trading - professional project management certifications desirable - an ability to understand and deal with finances work when dealing with multiple funding sources: Securing funding; Building the business cases; Tracking the financials. - a good understanding of agile software development and testing practices You are: - a strong written and verbal communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels - an expert at building networks and connections - known for hitting deadlines and staying within budget - highly organised - flexible and adaptable - driven, ambitious and enjoy stretch challenges About us: Expert advice.
