Key Responsibilities * To grow eOne's network of kids YouTube channels using audience growth strategies globally * Prepare performance reports on a monthly / quarterly basis using YouTube analytics and other data software like Tubular Labs to understand and enhance content performance, feeding insights back to Director and YouTube team. * To lead bi-monthly sessions with Channel Managers to discuss channel / territory level strategy and changes on the platform. * Plan and execute COPPA-compliant YouTube advertising campaigns using Google Ads to grow our channels * Plan channel level editorial and content strategy with Channel Managers, keeping in mind marketing themes and local nuances, presenting to Director. * Day to day channel management operations i.e. editing, scheduling, creating artwork for channels and channel optimisation. * Identify global and regional YouTube trends and use these insights to help shape our content strategy. * Communicate with internal commercial and marketing teams keeping them updated on YouTube performance and future strategy. * Manage the day-to-day relationship with external agencies to deliver on KPI's. Key Competencies * Direct experience with managing YouTube channels and confident analysing YouTube performance. * Tech-savvy, with an understanding of all YouTube features including; analytics, Content ID, downloadable reports and live-streaming. * Creative and proactive, with an ability to prioritize multiple tasks. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Another language is a major asset, but not required. * A passion for children's brands. * Previous experience of managing people would be an asset, but not required. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, and creative editing programs such as Photoshop and Premier / Final Cut.
