£18.38 p/h – Band 6 Equivalent/Circa £35.8K | 37.5 Hour Contract – Days | Great Benefits & Bonuses| RGN/RMN/RNLD Considered | Neuro-Disability Care & Rehab A specialist care centre in Aberdeen which supports and rehabilitates adults living with neurological conditions is currently looking to expand their team and recruit an experienced RGN, RMN or RNLD Registered Nurse to work as Senior Nurse. Details of this RGN/RMN/RNLD Senior Nurse position and what the successful candidate will receive: A permanent contract of 37.5 hours per week, working flexible day shifts over a 7 day rota Very competitive pay rates of £18.38 per hour, which is in line with NHS Band 6 rates and equates to a basic salary in the region of £35,840 A retention bonus of £3,600 (Subject to T&Cs) Night, weekend and Bank Holiday pay enhancements Up to 30 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays (when calculating annual leave NHS Service will be honoured for those coming directly from the NHS) Continuation of the NHS pension for those coming directly from the NHS, or a generous company pension scheme with 5% matched contributions Enhanced sick pay and maternity/paternity pay arrangements A range of retail and lifestyle discounts and employee assistance services Free on-site parking and subsidised meals A comprehensive induction in addition to ongoing learning, development and career progression prospects As Senior Nurse, you will support junior colleagues, coordinate care and will support service users and their families, delivering the best possible care and support in a professional and compassionate manner. What we are looking for in a Senior Nurse: NMC Registered Nurse – Adult/RGN, Mental Health/RMN or Learning Disabilities/RNLD will all be considered Proven post-registration experience in the nurse-led management of long-term conditions, ideally with experience in neuro-rehabilitation Confident delivering clinical leadership, leading and supporting a team and teaching/mentoring junior colleagues and ideally have experience in change management Evidence of continuing professional development, ideally including a teaching/mentorship qualification Very strong communication and interpersonal skills and able to communicate difficult messages to service users and their families To apply now, please follow the link provided.
