Overview
The permanent division of Macildowie HR are working exclusively with a well known brand based in Milton Keynes to recruit for an ER Specialist. The successful candidate must have a strong background within ER however this can be encompassed within a wider role. As an ER Specialist within the organisation you will receive a salary of up to £42,000 per annum. The duties of the role will include but not be limited to: - Providing support and empowering line managers with regards to ER cases - Managing investigations, disciplinary hearings and grievances across the organisation - Providing sound and accurate knowledge to support line managers - Providing a monthly and quarterly report to management and HR teams with regards to open cases - Working closely with employment law team to gain advise when required - Undertaking post review meetings to discuss action plans with line management - Maintenance of the ER tracking system - Being flexible with regards to timings and locations of meetings to support all parties - Ensure that all decisions are fair and led by your morale compass - Management of a number of stakeholders and teams - Ad hoc duties when required The Candidate To be considered for the position of ER Specialist, candidates must: - Have experience of working within ER ideally within a specialist position. However candidates who have operated within a business partner position including ER will be considered. - Experience of working with ACAS and the UK tribunal service would be highly desired - Have a strong team work ethic and possess strong communication skills - Strong organisational and prioritisation skills as you will be expected to manage up to 20-30 cases at any time - Experience of working with TUPE, redundancy and settlement experience is highly desired but not essential - CIPD qualification is advantageous but not essential The Business The organisation are based in Milton Keynes and are experiencing a strong period of growth and expansion.
