Overview
Office Administrator Location: Bromley Industry: Engineering Temp to Perm Opportunity Salary: £8.50 - 9 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday 8 - 4 We're teaming up with a well-established family run business based in Bromley looking to recruit an Administrator to support their team. The successful candidate will have thorough training and will have the opportunity to develop their existing skills. The day to day duties in your new job would be: Answering phone calls in a professional manner, taking messages Health & safety Compliance Administration including policies, procedures and training matixes Liaising with contractors General Ad Hoc duties including filing, post, stationary Providing PO's and generating Templates Skills and Experience: Experience in administration The ability to research, compile and collate information Excellent Customer Service skills and a great telephone manner Proficient with Microsoft Office packages including Word and Excel The Small Print Whilst we'd love to get back to every applicant, it isn't always possible.
