This role is a truly amazing opportunity for a talented engineer to join a vibrant, forward thinking team of engineers, whilst furthering their technical abilities working with Cloud technologies. Cloud Systems engineer role: This role will be looking to bring on an ambitious, driven and talented Cloud Systems Engineer who is looking for a challenging role that will give exposure working with modern technologies across Servers, Devops, Linux and Cloud. The Cloud Systems engineer will be responsible for maintain and troubleshooting cloud systems to maintain a reliable and secure service. This role will be ideal for a candidate who is looking to expand their Cloud exposure, whilst working in a fast paced challenging environment. Cloud Systems engineer - Essential skills: Monitor thousands of remote devices Puppet (or similar configuration management tool) Monitor cloud infrastructure Correct problems with cloud infrastructure, via AWS CloudFormation (or similar infrastructure definition tool) Use Git and Office 365 to ensure the team is updated on changes, and changes are controlled Proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team They offer a very modern and fun working environment, with plenty of benefits and a salary between £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (depending on experience).
