Overview

We are looking for compassionate, proactive, and enthusiastic individuals to provide individualised support to people with learning disabilities and/or autism at our brand new purpose built supported living services across Doncaster. You will work to support the tenants with daily tasks and promote independence whilst enabling our service users to enjoy a fulfilling and valued lives. You will encourage service users to participate in and contribute to their local community and to develop their abilities as fully as possible. You will support tenants to maximise their sense of wellbeing and independence through tailored, ongoing care and support. You will work to make a positive difference to tenants’ lives by supporting them with everyday activities, enabling them to have a more fulfilled and valued life. You will help facilitate tenants to engage with their local community and utilise opportunities for personal development. What we offer… Creative Support offers a wide range of employee benefits.
