Support Worker Didcot and surrounding £11.88 - £13.88 Completely Care LTD are recruitng for a number of support workers to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, sleeps, week days and weekends too. Block bookings can be arranged with those who are willing to travel and be flexible cross Oxfordshire. We work with many organisations providing care around the clock so someone experienced working with autism and learning disabilities is neccessary to help provide those who are most vulnerable. If you have experience working with extremely challenging behaviours, please do get in touch as we have sites that need you immediately. As a support worker you will be assisting with an individual approach to each clients needs whether it be with medication, personal care or doing something socially, you will be a key worker in each person life. Experience of working with autistic clients would be an advantage, or similar care experience.
