This is a fantastic opportunity for a Property Manager to join an established client. Job Description - Property Manager Your duties include managing a portfolio of properties and seeking to grow properties under communication skills, good IT skills, organised, efficient and professional. Full time position: Mon-Fri 8.30-5.30, with alternative Saturdays 9-4 . You will be working alongside other members of the property management team and the accounts team. The role will involve processing invoices and rent payments, maintaining information using property lettings software, assisting with letting properties, dealing with property management issues and repairs. Liaising with landlords and tenants.
