Overview
Gi Group are looking for experienced Class 1 / CE drivers to work for a well-established, family run, road haulage business based in Stockport. They specialise in the distribution and delivery of steel, construction materials and control panels Nationwide. The role will be ADHOC to cover periods of absence and sickness. You are to provide a first class service, delivering building materials and steel products using ratchet and strap. Drops will vary and can be from 5 to 10 per day. Hand-balling will be expected. Requirements: polite, hardworking and good customer service Use of a manual gearbox 12 months experience required for insurance purpose Valid CE licence no more than 6 points Rate: Days £11.00 Nights £12.00 Paid for a minimum of 8 hours per shift Hours: Varied If this position is of interest, please attach your CV and send over or call 0161 474 1110.
