Overview

Grafton Banks Finance are currently working with a large well-known commercial company with offices in Reigate, Surrey to recruit a Purchase ledger Manager on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Financial Commercial Controller on a day to day basis you will: Manage a team and taking ownership for all the work produced by the Finance Support Team and Purchase Ledger team Providing support and guidance with the aim of ensuring all work undertaken is accurate and timely Take Ownership of the finance support inbox and manage all queries Assist the team in processing purchase ledger invoices during busy periods ensuring these are recorded accurately and on a timely basis Look at ways to improve process / efficiency of AP function Deal with reporting under payment terms Perform Audits and ad-hoc duties The successful candidate will have previous experience of working in a Purchase Ledger Manager or Purchase ledger Senior role with staff management. You will need to have good working experience of Microsoft packages and excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
