Manufacturing Engineer – Nottinghamshire – PERM Buckleigh & Williams are searching for an experienced manufacturing engineer with process improvement knowledge to work for one of our key clients in their established facility in Nottinghamshire starting ideally in January. Future progression opportunities to production manager are available. 30K-33K a year Pension Half Day Friday Working on a wide range of products and will be joining a busy working environment where your knowledge of NPI would be a key attribute as well as lean manufacturing processes. Our client are open to candidates from any relevant industry - this role would be ideal for Production Engineers or Manufacturing Engineers with hands on manufacturing skills Key duties for the Manufacturing Engineer Working hard to improve the existing processes & efficiency A strong communicator who can liaise with Operations and shop floor alike Client and supplier liaison, some travel may be expected. The required experience for the Manufacturing Engineer Knowledge of Process improvement Knowledge and experience with fabrications, bending, forming steel and welding Must have experience with steel or similar materials Must have 2-3 years minimum experience Buckleigh & Williams operates as an employment agency and employment business.
