Support Worker / Driver Golders Green £17,561 per annum This role is 34.5 hours per week My client is the largest health and social care provider supporting the Jewish Community, currently looking for a Support Worker / Driver to join their community centre services. Key responsibilities: Working closely with the Transport Manager , Day Services Programme Co-Ordinator and the Centre Manager to ensure personal care and well-being of the group is being upheld and focussed upon Ensuring that creative and dynamic activities are being provided to increase social inclusivity around the centre Be responsible for the day-to-day personal care of the clients Collect people from their homes, bring them to the centre then take them back home, ensuring standards are maintained When necessary, assist with Meals on Wheels deliveries Requirements: NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care Experience in working with the community Experienced in working with elderly people A clean UK driving licence with category D1 Excellent communication skills Benefits My client offers an excellent range of employee benefits and training to all members of staff.
