Overview
Newly created role within a multi-site organisation with a large number of Field based employees. Reporting to a member of the HR Leadership team you will be responsible for improving line manager capability with Employee Relations. You will support the day to day management of complex ER cases whilst supporting managers in having difficult conversations with their teams. Managing early conciliation via ACAS you will ideally bring experience of TUPE and settlement agreements. As an ER expert you will have specialised in ER within a similar organisation and be comfortable with travel nationally.
