Are you looking to gain experience as an Administrator? Selective Recruitment are recruiting for a rapidly growing business in Wantage that are seeking a Full Time Administrator to support their service team. This would be a great opportunity for someone to step into their first full time administration role. Role: Entry Level Administrator Salary: £18,000 Location: Wantage Contract: Full time , Permanent Responsibilities General administrative and support Managing email inbox Prepare letters and documents Checking and coding purchase invoices and credit notes in relation to utility bills and supplier invoices Undertake ad hoc administrative tasks Assist in managing daily floral orders including checking tributes in when delivered Order stationery from printers and stationery suppliers Answer telephone in a clear, polite and confident manner, screen and direct calls Management of multiple Outlook diaries Requirements Excellent knowledge of working in teams Efficient and quick learner Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages Able to communicate effectively between various people Driven, reliable and consistent Full UK Driving Licence Please note: Only candidates with the relevant skills and experience will be contacted regarding this position.
