Overview
Our client based in Newcastle is looking for an experienced Tenant Liaison Officer to join their team. Job description: Liaising with tenants on a daily basis providing excellent customer service Organising works to be carried out in tenants homes Liaising with various trades on work that needs carrying out Organising work schedules Dealing with any complaints Chasing any overdue invoices Person specification: Must have TLO experience Ideally social housing background but not essential Must have own transport as may be required to go to various sites Pay: Can be PAYE or umbrella Contract is due to start mid/end of March.
