You will be working with students with Challenging behaviour as they come from different walks of life. As a Behaviour Teaching Assistant role you will be required to provide 1:1 support to students in KS3 - KS4. You will be working with them in Classroom helping them to focus back into education and also during breaks. As a Behaviour Teaching Assistant you will help manage the child's behaviour as well as supporting them with their learning. Physical Intervention/ Team Teach training is highly desirable.
