Overview
We are currently working with an innovative and well-respected global client to find an experienced and passionate Database Architect for a full-time position based in the East Midlands. As a Database Architect you will work closely with the solution, system and information architects to understand database requirements for solutions, creating high and low-level database designs for solutions and working with implementation teams to oversee configuration and deployment activities. Your role will also involve defining patterns and standards to ensure consistency and best practice in the delivery and operation of databases. To be considered you must be able to evidence experience in: Previous intermediate to advanced level Database Architectural experience. Experience of Database tuning, design and design documentation. Experience of working with one or more of the following is beneficial: Oracle, SQL, Azure DBaaS including SQL and Cosmos. Strong internal stakeholder facing and influencing experience. Agile Scrum methodology work experience (SAFe) A variety of the following certifications would be beneficial: TOGAF, UML, SAFe, MCSA, SQL Database Developer, Oracle Database Administrator.
