Overview

Tasks & Responsibilities: In conjunction with the people team, define the strategic HR Business plan Ensures strategies are compliant with UK employment law Thorough understanding of current legislation and best practice pertaining to the Construction industry Provides advice and support on complex HR issues Budget management Works with senior internal stakeholders to identify potential risks within the business plans in terms of ER, and provide solutions to address the identified risk Strategic organisational design and culture change implementation and delivery of effective people management techniques Design and delivery of effective strategies to monitor and positively impact absence, AWOL, sickness and lateness Undertakes the role of HR Representative for the Employee Consultation Committee Managing HR projects Qualifications: MCIPD or equivalent HR qualification Relevant Experience: Management experience ( experience managing HR Managers) TUPE (vital, applicants without TUPE experience won't be considered) Experience working within the construction industry
