Overview
Crawley based company see a Contract Analyst to join their existing team, Reporting to the FC this role will be responsible for analysis which will aid in decision making. Specific duties will include: Preparing budget proposals. Work/change orders under the guidance of Global Proposals and Contract Manager Analysing data from time management software and exciting project invoices to improve project budget and costing models Input and maintain project budget time information Assist with preparation of monthly invoices including updating of templates, download and analysis of timesheet information for FC review Assist with other general accounting duties as required Ideal candidate will have substantial analytical/budgetary experience and possess excellent IT skills specifically advanced Excel. Organised and detail orientated individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills is essential as is the ability to prioritize and manage own work load. Team player who is also able to work independently is also essential.
