Overview
Duties of the Refuse Loader role: To undertake the removal of waste as directed from premises. To return all containers to their correct location after collection as directed. To ensure that each day all completed work is detailed on your daily worksheet and that they are handed in daily. To ensure that the carriageway is left in a clean condition and any spillages are cleaned up before leaving the area. Perform duties in an efficient and effective manner that will ensure maximum productivity. Experience and Skills required for the Refuse Loader role: Experience in a similar environment would be preferred, although full training will be given. Experience as a Refuse Operative or Sweeper would be a strong advantage Ability to communicate effectively within a team and with the general public Work on own initiative as well as part of a team, multitasking Reliable, punctual and customer orientated Benefits of the Refuse Loader role: Possibility to choose your shift.
