Overview

Field Service Engineer A Field Service Engineer is needed to join an established medical equipment service provider working within the South East team covering the Kent area. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for travelling to client locations (medical, care and assisted living facilities) to perform service and maintenance tasks in addition to responding to repair requests on a variety of specialist medical equipment. You’ll have autonomy within the role to manage your daily schedule working in collaboration with the clients and updating all reports and relevant schedules. Ideally, the Field Service Engineer will be able to demonstrate a background within a field service / maintenance role preferably covering medical or patient lifting equipment, although not essential. You’ll also need to have excellent communication skills, be customer and solution focused along with a full UK driving licence. Although you’ll be working as a mobile / field engineer, you’ll be supported by a wider operations team who will support you with full training and career development opportunities.
