LMA is delighted to be working with a Global Financial Services company who are recruiting a Compensation Analyst. Advise HR Business Partners on day-to-day compensation transactions, including promotions and ad-hoc pay increases, in line with established process Execute the analysis underpinning the annual salary and bonus remuneration cycle including data management, performance rating distribution, projected bonus spend, salary budget modelling etc. Work closely with HR Operations MI Analyst on adhoc reporting requirements as and when needed Support the Compensation Manager on analysis required for regulatory requirements Provide analytical and reporting support for ad hoc Reward and HR projects and initiatives Manage reports requested by finance for budget and forecast purposes
