Overview

LMA is delighted to be working with a FTSE listed company in the London area who are recruiting a Head of Executive Reward. Reporting into the Director of Reward you will provide support the business to deliver the Executive Reward agenda and lead on the preparation, drafting and delivery of the Director Remuneration report. You will work closely with the compensation committee group Remco and external providers to develop the existing Incentive arrangements and ensure the relevant governance and procedures are adhered to. This role will involve a lot of face to face interaction with senior stakeholders and the ability to provide a consultative service
