Hays Social Care are recruiting Support Workers to work in a Young Adults home in Swansea Hays Social Care are recruiting experienced Support Workers in Swansea. There are positions available for both Part Time and Full Time work. Your new company Fantastic opportunities available to work as a Support Worker for a well-established Care Provider that provides services for Young Adults with Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs. Our clients are looking for a dedicated and passionate Support Worker to join their team. Your new role You will be working with people to help them develop their independence and will need to combine your professional experience and skills to work with adults on a day to day basis to promote their independence and ensure that they have fun while staying safe. What you will need to succeed To be considered for this Support Work role, you will need to have experience working with Young Adults with Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs. You will also need a full clean driving license and access to your own vehicle, or public transport. You will need to be compassionate, patient and level headed. You will need to have a genuine desire to provide meaningful, considered support and the ability to thrive in a person centred environment.
