Overview
Butchers required for our prestigious meat manufacturing client based in the Aberdeen area. Reporting to the Department Supervisor you will be responsible for the preparation of red meat. This position would suit a chef with excellent knife skills. This is a permanent position due to increased sales. Man Duties: Maintain Health and Safety Standards Maintain Hygiene Standards Communicate effectively Maintain Quality Perform butchery operations Main and safely operator tools and equipment Deal with waste Achieve production specification and yields within the require timescale Any other duties as directed by department management. Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 6am to Job Finish, normally around 4pm Hourly Rate: £9 to £11 per hour Bonus depending on headage (Potential earnings of £700 per week).
