You're not interested in a 9-5, that's too mundane. You are too much of an ideas person. You see things totally differently to your fellow finance peers. You enjoy getting out of the office and actually being involved in seeing how the front line of the business operates. Being that involved in the business, away from your desk means that you get a taste for the industry, you understand what will work and what won't because you know more than the numbers, you've felt the heartbeat of the business. Ideally we're looking for ACCA or CIMA qualified candidates who can demonstrate an ability to improve processes, increase profitability and manage cashflow. Also, someone who is adept to managing sustained growth and constant evolution. Sage 50 experience would be useful but more useful would be an Excel whizz.
