Overview

Would you like to head up the HR function for a market leading, international tech consultancy? How does taking the lead on all compliance, contracts and legal affairs sound? As the Head of HR, you would take a lead role on all HR related activities, building a strong team underneath you. Reporting directly into the senior leadership team, you would be responsible for all legal contracts and international compliance. The client is a market leading international IT consultancy, providing services across a range of sectors. As part of their ambitious growth plans, they are expanding the people team The main responsibilities for the successful Head of HR will be: Developing a comprehensive HR strategy, in line with wider business goals. Ensuring all contracts are fully compliant with relevant international and regional legislation. Liasing with all internal and external stakeholders, on an international level, ensuring regulations are adhered to. Building a thriving team underneath them, and constantly upskilling and mentoring them. The ideal Head of HR will have: 10 years plus of relevant HR & compliance experience. An in-depth understanding of compliance, HR and legal processes and procedures. A proactive, self-starting nature, and the confidence to work autonomously.
